1) What did you learn and share with your conversation partner(s)?

We worked together on the final poster presentation project.

2) How did the CP session inform your awareness of other cultures?

In our group, we are Thai, Saudi, and American.  We came up with three ways in which two of us are the same and one is different.  Phu-noi and Ayah share some commonalities in the way older people in their society behave and how they as younger people, are expected to behave when talking to them.  Phu-noi and I agreed that apart from her traditional clothes that she might wear for ceremonies and special occasions, our manner of dress is similar, while Ayah chooses to dress modestly for religious reasons.  Ayah and I share patterns of classroom behavior, while Phu-noi’s experience is different.  We’ll put these into the poster.
