Topic Skills: writing
Feedback provided to tutee: he should focus more on forming
sentences that are exactly what he means to say, tha’s to say better word
choice. He uses words close in meaning, yet they aren’t the best choice.
Lesson(s) about tutoring/ tutee: he’s writing about his teaching
philosophy since he’s studying to be and ITA. He values group activities and a
lot of communication opposed to lectures, which I hope he feels is reflected in
our tutoring session (communication, not lecturing).
