Topic/Skill: Surveying
Feedback provided to tutee: My tutee had a surveying assignment due in one of his classes, and he wanted to survey me. It was about colors that I wear and why. He asked me some questions and I tried to give him some specific and detailed answers. I then practice surveyed him, and asked him a bunch of questions. We then got into a discussion about how many different surveys there are and when they are used. I gave him some examples of different situations in which I’ve been surveyed, and some of the different questions that I’ve been asked. I then had him create some different survey questions that he could ask me. I gave him the theme of restaurants, and had him create 3 different questions he could ask me. He came up with some good questions that were relative to the topic.
